Millet (2 kg); groundnuts (½ kg); soya beans (½ kg); greengrams (¼ kg);
sesame (½ kg); sorghum (1 kg); mbande (¼ kg); cassava (½ kg).
Roast groundnuts, sesame, soya beans and mbande together.
Allow them to cool then mix together with the remaining ingredients
(millet, greengrams, sorghum and cassava) and have the mixture ground
at the posho mill. Make porridge everyday and take one cup 3x daily.
