Herbal Therapy

Rosemary Infusion good for all

Prepare an infusion from the leaves and drink.

 

Sweet Basil good for all

Inhale the smell of the leaves and flowers.

 

Ocimum gratissimum good for all

Inhale the smell of the leaves and flowers.

 

Corn Silk Solution good for all

Dissolve 1 tbsp powdered corn silk in 1 glass hot water.
(Corn silk is the soft, stringy stuff that grows out the top of a maize cob.)

 

Food and Nutrition Advice

Eat fresh white onion raw or cooked.

 

Body Work and General Advice

  • Avoid stress and anxiety-inducing situations wherever possible.
  •  

  • Manage and address the causes of your stress as much as possible.
  •  

  • Don’t try to force your memory. Relax and allow it to come on its own.
  •  

  • Live positively by allowing yourself time for relaxation, listening to music, laughing, and socialising with and getting support from people.
