2 dried fish (e.g. tilapia); 2 medium tomatoes; 1 onion;
1 bunch coriander; 2 cloves garlic; 1 piece ginger; 250ml milk (fresh/sour);
1 cup ground groundnuts.
Wash the tilapia with warm water, bring to the boil and cook for
about 30 minutes. Add all other ingredients and leave it to simmer for
another 30 minutes. Serve. (No need to use oil or fat in this recipe.)
