1 unripe mango; onions; ginger; garlic; chillis; cooking oil.
Cut mango into slices like chips, soak in salt for 3 days until they
turn yellow/brown and become soft. Dry for 3 days in the sun.
Pound together onions, ginger, garlic, and chillis. Mix mango,
ground spices and grated carrots together. Heat cooking oil in a pan,
quickly stir in the mixture then allow to cool.
