Wheat flour; onions; de-boned fish (or mince meat);
crushed red pepper; moringa leaf powder.
Mix flour and water into a dough. Roll onto a flat surface and cut into
squares. Combine onions, fish, red pepper and leaf powder. Put a spoonful
of this mixture onto the middle of each square of dough. Fold the dough to enclose the mixture, using a fork to seal the edges. Cook in hot oil until brown.
