1 kg omena (with stones and sand picked out); 2 medium tomatoes;
1 onion; 1 bunch coriander; 2 cloves garlic; 1 piece of ginger;
250 ml milk (fresh or sour); 1 cup ground groundnuts.
Wash omena with warm water, bring to the boil and cook for
30 minutes. Add all other ingredients and leave it to simmer for another
30 minutes. Serve. (No need to use oil or fat in this recipe.)
