Pasta; 3 cubed carrots; 2 tsp soya; 1 chopped onion;
1 bunch coriander; 1 piece pilipili hoho; 4 cubed potatoes;
2 tbsp cooking oil; 3 tomatoes; pinch turmeric;
¼ kg minced goat meat; pinch salt; crushed garlic.
Add pinch of salt to the minced meat and bring to the boil.
Fry garlic, onion and chopped tomatoes together in a pan.
Then add the boiled meat and fry it for 2 minutes so it browns.
Add in potato cubes, cover the pan and cook until the potatoes
are soft enough to eat. Then add the soya, coriander, turmeric, pilipili
hoho and cubed carrots and leave to boil for a further 2 minutes.
Pasta – Add a pinch of salt to a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.
Put pasta into the boiling water and cook until soft enough to eat.
Mix goat stew and pasta together. Serve hot.
